For two years now, TATU Project has been working with a group of Maasai women to develop their business in handcraft traditional Jewelry. This social enterprise is called Masaa.
The main tasks to continue the business development of Masaa:
- Establish new selling points
- Reinforce our marketing strategy, expand our network
- Improve our packaging and product quality in general
- Continue business trainings with the Maasai women
- Expand our product range to more unique/higher quality products
Ideally, we are looking for someone open-minded who is not scared of cultural differences within his/her working environment.
Job Description
The person recruited for this role is expected to have experience/training in at least one of the following fields:
- Business development
- Project management
- Marketing and finance
- International cooperation
