Coordinator Teller

REPORTS TO/ AND LlAISES WITH: Branch Administrator
Purpose Of The Position

The coordinator is a first line supervisor of frontline team members.
This involves the caring and growing of direct reports through providing means and ability and holding the team members account able for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining process standards. Adheres to Branch Banking values .

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: DiR!0ma
Preferred (Ideal) Qualification: An appropriate recognized business degree.

Experience
Previous experience as a Teller (12 months) is essential
Co-ordinator/team leader needs to have both teller and service experience (12 months for the agencies/portable).

Purpose Of The Position
To provide excellent service by processing customers transactions in a quick, correct and efficient manner according to specified procedures.
These transactions involve the movement of funds to and from customers' accounts by their personal request and into account by third parties. Adheres to Branch Banking values

Electronic Banking Sales Consultant

Purpose Of The Position
The role provides support to clients (internal and external utilizing FNB Online and Cell phone Banking products. It focuses on support, service, escalation, monitoring of all client requests as well as the coordination of the administrative functions

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business, banking or equivalent
Min 2 years experience in electronic banking and other banking products
Computer literate in terms of Word, Excel and Power Point
Advantages: previous sales and/ or client relationship position
Experience in complaint / query resolution processes and procedures

Branch Administration Manager

Purpose Of The Position

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential
Graduate caliber or Professional Banking Cert.
Advanced Diploma! Degree
Retail! Branch or General Banking experience, minimum 3 years

Preferred
Experience in the departments of; loans, back office, customer service
Knowledge of aperta will be an advantage

Purpose Of The Position
Establish and effectively manage a Commercial & Corporate Banking portfolio. by building and growing the bank's market share in the Corporate market segment.
Growing the Bank's Assets, Liabilities and Revenue
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Commerce or Banking degree
understanding of Corporate Banking transactional solutions, (receipts, payments, reconciliation and trade finance), Financial markets (Global Markets).
Previous experience in sourcing "deals" and negotiating their successful conclusion.
Minimum 4 years Commercial & Corporate Banking experience, proven product, sales and relationship management track record within a financial' institution and!or corporate environment

External Sales
