REPORTING OFFICE: TANGA

REPORTING TO : SENIOR REVENUE ACCOUNTANT

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for supervision of the billing process to ensure that bills are timely produced and correctly
done.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-Charge of billing, data entry and meter reading section .
Supervise-the meter reading-cycle to ensure the meter reading is completed within the scheduled time. Check the exception list before the data are entered the system to ensure correctness of
the bills
Supervise the process of making correction in the billing system to ensure that the corrections
are genuine.
Plans, monitors and controls the activities of members of section-in order to ensure the most effective utilization of resources and achievement of objectives and targets.
Supervise data entry activities into the Hi- affinity system to ensure that all data is correctly and timely entered.
Recommend to the Senior Revenue Accountant on the production of bills after checking for correctness to ensure that the bills are correct and produced in time.
Supervise batching process to ensure is correctly done.
Update customer accounts after checking the validation check list.

KEY KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
YOU MUST POSESS
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
At least 1 to 2 years working experience.

Electrical Technician –x 2
MOMBO & MAJANI MAPANA SUB-STATIONS

REPORT TO: RESPECTIVE ENGINEER

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for the execution of all electrical works/ activities in the 132133kv Substations, with objective of ensuring smooth operation of Substation systems to ensure that customers receives reliable power supply. .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect all necessary initial technical data from the daily log sheets and defect register book.
Issue permits to works, limitation of access, sanction of test after proper isolation of equipment at switch yard before people start working to ensure highest safety standards are observed and maintained all the time in order to preserve life and property.
Maintain close liaison with Grid Control Centre
(SCADA), Generating plants stations and other grid substation operators to ensure smooth
timely restoration of power supply.
Report daily recorded shift events to the System Control Supervisor to ensure that higher Authority timely get informed for record and action purposes

Electrical Technician - 4 POSTS
TANGA, PANGANI, MUHEZA, LUSHOTO

REPORT TO: RESPECTIVE ENGINEER DISTRICT MANAGER

POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for the execution of all electrical maintenance works/activities in the Region/District so that there is smooth operation of distribution systems and customers receives reliable power supply. .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute properly preventive maintenance of electrical equipment in a planned time to ensure emergence break downs are avoided.
Respond promptly to emergence calls during emergence break downs to ensure restoration of fault equipment IS Within minimum TIME possible.
Observe safety regulations and working procedures to ensure no accidents to people and equipment occur.
Keep maintenance records, equipment status updating and submit work reports after repairs or preventive maintenances.
Identify all faults/defects of the equipment and carry out repairs.
Carry out Installation and testing of electrical equipment.
Maintain safely all equipment and working tools under your jurisdiction.

KEY KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU MUST POSESS -
Holder of FTC or Ordinary Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Computer literacy wiII be an added advantage
