Sales and Distribution Manager (x 2 )

With the recent launch of the 3G solar technology, the only commercially available high voltage technology (IDCOL approved) suitable for off-grid application. Rex Energy is looking for;


Rex Energy is seeking to recruit dynamic, experienced and qualified candidate to fill the following positions:

Sales and Distribution Manager (2 Positions)

Positions summary:

Manage, support and grow 3G Solar Home Systems sales through Authorized Distributors in their defined geographic territory. This includes serving as the primary liaison with Distributors and customers, in order to increase sales and market share

Specific duties:
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for zones in support of national objectives
Maintain and expand customer base by developing distributors and freelance sales executives
lead Management - responding to leads by sending them to the appropriate distributor and ensuring following up; providing feedback to the organization.
Accomplishes sales targets, volumes and organization mission and values by completing related results as needed
Analyze sales trends and carry out market research provide accurate and timely reports which allow the company to respond to market conditions that arise in the field. Reports are required regularly and on-time to accomplish Zonal sales human resource objectives by consulting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, counseling and disciplining employees in related areas; communicating jobs expectation, monitoring, appraising and reviewing jobs contributions, Reviewing compensation actions

Qualification, experience and competencies:
University degree or Advance Diploma in Sales, marketing and Sales or related field of study
Minimum of 4 years of experience involving sales of products through distributors
Must have good sales and communications skills
Ability to influence promotional efforts of distributors and distributor sales staff.
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales
Experience in solar energy sales will be added advantage
