Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
  • LoS administrative support (i.e. stationery management, LoS correspondence printing and dispatch of correspondence, reportsand proposals)
  • Arrange for monthly partner / manager meetings, quarterly team meetings and quarterly peer group meetings
  • Ensure that phone calls, messages and enquires are handled efficiently and act as a point of contract for clients
  • Schedule for industry Group meetings, prepare and circulate the agenda in good time and take minutes of the meeting
  • Ensure billing is done upon completion of assignments or at the various stages of the assignments as may be specified in the contracts
  • Follow up to ensure outstanding fee notes are settled
  • Schedule meetings with clients on behalf of Partners
  • Liaise with each engagement team to maintain a list of the client portfolio and update continuingly the status of each assignment on the list of the client portfolio
  • Manage both the chargeable and non-chargeable codes for the respective partners and managers to help identify anomalies such as:-
                – Significant disbursements
                – Erroneous time and disbursements – to ensure these are transferred/corrected
                – Check for over-runs, write-offs and provisions
  • Ensure an up-to-date fi ling system for all clients correspondence and documents for both physical and electronic documents
  • Provide administrative support to the Partners
  • Logistics support for both internal and external meetings, conferences and workshops and ensure timely distribution of agenda and minutes
  • Perform other duties as directed by the LoS Partner
Requirements
The successful candidate will be required to have the
following demonstrable skills and competencies:
  •  Degree in social sciences or equivalent
  •  Certificate in MS office or equivalent
  •  At least 3 years’ experience in general office administration
  •  Demonstrate an understanding of business principles
