To help us on this journey, we are looking for a talented Human Resources, Business/Commerce graduates or a mature candidate who would like to move into an HR role. You will have a passion for building a career in Human Resources, be committed to personal excellence whilst understanding the power of collective teams over the individual and always be open to the ideas of others. Given a permanent role from the beginning of the program, you will also get exposure to different areas within our HR division and have the opportunity to get involved in diverse programmes of work across all of our teams.

 

The successful candidates will possess the following:

• Graduated between 2014 and 2015 with a degree in Business/Commerce, Human Resources or Masters Degree in HR
• A basic understanding of Telecommunications
• Genuine interest in the mobile industry
• Experience working in a corporate environment preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to show high levels of empathy
• Highly developed time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
• High level of motivation and self-directed
• Customer focused with a passion for taking accountability to deliver exceptional customer service
