ENGINEER: 1 POST
Reports To: PRINCIPAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for supervising proper and timely Maintenance of equipment at the Power Plant timely enough to ensure Safety, Health and optimal availability of the Plant. The equipment in this regard include electrical and control systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure Plant .executes control and review maintenance programs of related installations in the area of your jurisdiction. The focus should be to optimize contribution of Plant's Units to the Grid system under all operating conditions.
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly quarterly and annual reports on maintenance activities related to the area of your jurisdiction.
Timely prepare spare parts requirements for equipments and systems under your supervision as aligned to strategic goals and objectives for Plant operations.
Ensure Company safely rules and regulations are adhered to all the time when carrying out maintenance activities. The priority must be the safety of personnel and security of the Company equipment.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Principal Maintenance Engineer.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
First Degree in Mechanical! Electrical Engineer Registered with ERB.
