Required no. Of years of experience	4+  years
Educational Qualification	Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in materials management or operations.
Location	North Mara, Tanzania
Required Profile (Candidate should have exposure to)	Should have worked at Gold mining sites or Mining sites. Should have a detailed knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, stores and warehouse.
Behavioural Attributes Required	Excellent Communication skills, Positive attitude, focused, hardworking, should take ownership of tasks and exhibit sense of urgency.
Role  and Responsibility at  Hansa	·         Reporting to Site Manager. ·         Controls the Stores operations by insuring that all materials are correctly handled and recorded (including receiving, locating and issuing) using ERP or our overseas Operations. ·         Ensures stock checking is followed by generating reports by ERP. ·         Identifying potential problem areas, such as stock outs and low stock with the help of stock checking module in ERP. ·         Ensures Store operations are run as per HSE policies. ·         Co-coordinating the unloading/loading of delivery trucks and vehicles, including materials, material handling equipment and all consignment paperwork from ERP. ·         Issuing the unpacking, acceptance/rejection of items and locating and/or disbursing activities for inventory, direct charge, and capital items according to order details in ERP & delivery notes from ERP. ·         To ensure the items are correctly placed in the designated storage location according to identity and computer system coding. ·         Responsible for verifying physical stock quantities against stock checklist received from ADP. ·         Responsible for the correct issuing of materials on either requisition or picking slips or job cards from ADP.
