We chose to train interns who will reflect the diversity and needs of our clients, and who can make a commitment to uphold our mission, vision and core values of commitment to the poor, humility, respect, integrity, stewardship and transformation.

Interns are involved in education or training programs designed to provide students with professional experience in the furtherance of their education and training and are academically oriented for their benefit. Internships assist students in reaching their educational goals by giving them the opportunity to augment classroom instruction with exposure to a real world employment setting.

Qualities Required:

• Fresh Diploma/ degree graduates who completed in 2014 for Community Development, Education, Sociology, Accounting, Banking and Finance from reputable institution

• Good passes in their Diploma/ Degree

• Strong Ms Excel skills

• Excellent written and spoke English

• Pleasant attitude and self motivated young individual who are ready to relate to OTL Organizational Behavior and principles.

Mode of Placement:
Internship program will only be for3 - 6 months and based at Dar Es Salaam, Arusha and Kilimanjaro
