Records Management Assistant (2 Posts)
Entry Qualifications :
Applicant must be a Holder of an Ordinary/Advance Secondary School Education with certificate in records management from a recognised institution.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting in tracing for records documents and files once required.
Participating in receiving and registering all documents brought in the registry.
Participating in arranging documents and files in ranking or cabinets in the registry.
Assisting filing documents in the appropriate files.
Receive record and distribute incoming and internally created mails.
Record and arrange for the efficient and timely dispatch of all correspondences
Performing any other duties related to his/her work as assigned by his/her superior.
Remuneration
Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the Institute’s salary scale – PGSS 5
