Regional Key Account Coordiantor, Coast

You are responsible  for the  identification, selection and recruitment of tigo pesa agents and their location as well as management of sales forces in the allocated regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide start-up tools to the tigo pesa agents  (i.e. starter pack, BTL materials) on a timely fashion.
• Efficiently follow-up  tigo pesa activation in the region.
• Conduct audit for agent allocation the the region.
• Monitor transaction, revenue, float availability and quality of services to the tigo pesa agents.
• Conduct  training on product knowledge and KYC/ AML to agents.
• Administer issues pertaining to the agents including but not limited to contract signature, logbooks, promotional materials are taken care of in a timely manner.
• Provide weekly report of agents recruited and the performance of the Sales Freelancers to the line manager
Position Requirements

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, commerce, Finance or other related subjects.
• At least 3-5 years  experience in sales and Distribution jobs or other related fields.
• Fluent in English & Swahili Language
• Proficiency skills in MS-Office Package
