Key Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
 Execute on product roadmap, driving local deployments
 Drive activity analysis through KPI monitoring and ownership
 Create and maintain product feedback processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
 Define and drive action plans to coordinate cooperation with partner teams (Tigo, local providers…)
 Create strong relationships with local stakeholders
 Identify new opportunities of revenue growth and lead any necessary implementation efforts
 Ability to strike strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships
 Support on local content creation
 Manage Marketing and PR activities through different channels such as Broadcasting, Local Media or Social Networks.
 Ensure regular reporting of your actions and results liaising with regional and global teams
 Ownership of CRM and Customer Service processes assuring proper monitoring and outcome
 Be prepared to build and coordinate local team
 Represent EduMe, whenever necessary, at corporate, institutional, and government level
 Be prepared and able to exports successful concepts to new countries in the region
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
 Experience in Telecom, Management, Consulting or Entrepreneurial environments preferred
 MSc in Business Management or Engineering
 Fluent Kiswahili and English
 MS Excel Skills
