NVESTING FOR CHANGE PROGRAM MANAGER

 

In the last year we have deployed a new pilot-project: the implementation of a social business with a group of families from the village. The objective is to equip the group with the skills necessary to create and run their own for profit activity in a responsible and sustainable manner. The project is approaching key phases and needs to be evaluated in terms of objectives attained so far to see if we could potentially multiply the project.
Duties:
  • Evaluating the project/business/financial situation
Have we attained objectives so far? Is the investment worth it so far?
What is the financial situation?
Do we want to expand the actual business?
Do we aim at creating new businesses with other groups of families?
  • Managing
    • Planning, coordinating, supervising the Project Manager on the field
    • Supervising field work progress and analyze feedback
    • Adjust financial planning and make projections
    • Monitoring and evaluation
    • Reporting
  • Fundraising and communication
    • Report and communicate with donors/sponsors
    • Contribute to the communication efforts of TATU Project. Contribute your marketing expertise to the KUKU Project AND TATU Project as a whole.

· Fundraising: research grants, research potential sponsors and other means to fund TATU Project

  • Business development
    • Analyze current business situation and look for expansion options
    • Analyze other business options/local market for other potential ventures
    • Adjust the KUKU business plan
Desired qualifications:
  • Background in business administration/development
  • Experience/background in international cooperation
  • Management and coordination skills
  • Managing people
  • Independent, creative
