FutureSense arranges responsible overseas placements that support local communities and organisations in developing countries, through a range of ethical volunteering programmes. Through a range of programmes we offer opportunities for individuals and groups to travel overseas and do something worthwhile. Our programmes include a gap year programme (GapGuru), a programme for serious volunteers and those on a career break (Inspire) and programmes for groups (Challenges Abroad).
The programmes currently operate across 12 countries and supports over 100 local community based partners and NGO projects. Most of our volunteers work alongside local teachers in schools or work with local NGOs involved with community development and in child or health care.
We are now looking for strong candidates with good managment and communication skills to develop and manage our range of programmes in Tanzania alongside our local team.
