Desired Skills and Experience

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Venture Development Team in their day to day work
  • Responsible for creating and tracking critical business data based on relevant KPIs, daily reporting and handling requests on business related questions
  • Involved in core implementation of digital products in Tanzania including coordinating with tech team to remove bugs, implement phase-wise improvements, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting analysis to evaluate and improve the business performance
  • Supporting on the creation and implementation of CRM campaigns
  • Work with Consumer Understanding Team to understand consumer behavior to improve product delivery
  • Provide support to business including creating and updating the database of customers, cold-calling the users to gain feedback, and providing customer support, whenever necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High performer with outstanding university record in an analytical related subject
  • Excellent analytical skills and are excited about created and interpreting complex data
  • Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting, independence, open mindedness, motivation and commitment
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Kiswahili
