Desired Skills and Experience
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Venture Development Team in their day to day work
- Responsible for creating and tracking critical business data based on relevant KPIs, daily reporting and handling requests on business related questions
- Involved in core implementation of digital products in Tanzania including coordinating with tech team to remove bugs, implement phase-wise improvements, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting analysis to evaluate and improve the business performance
- Supporting on the creation and implementation of CRM campaigns
- Work with Consumer Understanding Team to understand consumer behavior to improve product delivery
- Provide support to business including creating and updating the database of customers, cold-calling the users to gain feedback, and providing customer support, whenever necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High performer with outstanding university record in an analytical related subject
- Excellent analytical skills and are excited about created and interpreting complex data
- Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting, independence, open mindedness, motivation and commitment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili
