Job Description

Supervise Easy operations customer service end-to-end to ensure that all reported queries and complains are resolved on time and as per specified SLAs
Supervise the Easy operations customer service staff to consistently deliver performance metrics that exceed performance expectations
Effectively supervise and resolve queries raised by all staff and customers in the regions relating to progress in application processing, pay out and regional performance
Define the key metrics for measuring the performance of Easy Operations Customer Service section
Put in place measurement systems to measure and report on the specified key performance metrics
Use the performance information generated from Easy operations to execute continuous improvement initiatives, that show measurable improvement in efficiencies in the execution of the business
